The care at the the Ste -Agathe Hospital I recieve yesterday after a concussion, was absolutely fantastic.I was blown away of how I was treated and cared for, my family has had alot of experience in the past few years with a badly broken health care system around the Ottawa, Ontario area. I hope I don't have to visit again,but If I do I know that I will be well cared for. GREAT JOB STAFF

I have been using the hospital since the late sixties when it was beside the Anglican church. When the emergency department is overwhelmed you might get sent to the clinic across the street for quicker service.

The mental health team here is unbelievably kind soft and trust worthy! Probably saved my sons life today! Thank you

Today, I went to the ophthalmology department. Dr. Pepin and the others I dealt with were very professional, thorough and pleasant. Very pleased, although the wait was long and the waiting room small and noisy. (They are moving to bigger facilities)......Unfortunately, my experience at reception was nasty. The long haired women on the right was rude and dismissive. I asked her, in French, to speak slowly so I could understand. She ranted and said in French that's the way it is.

The staff, doctor and nurse were just so amazing, they really cared for our son who had a bad concussion from skiing and broke his thumb as well, he was brought in by an ambulance, and was treated right away, head scan and results in a few hours, they were so nice. they were completely bilingual and we’re so wonderful. Thank you very much.

Wow! I'm sick and it's serious but I have to say the quality of care at this hospital is top notch! Whoever built that team of professionals did an amazing job! I'm sharing this because in periods when we are vulnerable their high level of service makes an amazing difference on moral of patients! Thank you everyone at the Ste Agathe Hospital for your expert care! :)

A heartfelt thank you to all the amazing nurses and doctors who took care of my son yesterday. After a bad fall on Mont Tremblant, we arrived at the hospital feeling anxious, but the staff quickly put us at ease. They got him in fairly quickly for CT scans and X-rays, ensuring he received the care he needed. Everyone was so compassionate and professional, and they truly made a stressful situation much more manageable. Thank you once again for the wonderful service—we are so grateful!

My son received excellent care and staff were great. We are out of province patients, so I was expecting headaches- but there were none. My son is not very fluent in French, so I thought I’d have to translate - but I did not. People were caring, equipment and facilities were good. Our case was complicated and they figured it out and communicated very well.
